How the service is agreed before implementation begins.

An enquiry is not a purchase
Completing the form or sending a message does not create a paid contract or guarantee project acceptance. This page does not take payments or enter into vehicle financing or rental contracts.
Scope and quotation
The contracting entity, scope, deliverables, price, applicable taxes and timeline must be agreed in writing before work starts. Budget options in the form are visitor estimates, not binding prices or final offers.
Delivery and changes
The agreement defines timing, review stages and each party’s responsibilities. Scope additions and external integrations require verification and agreement on price and schedule changes. Official integration with Salik, Darb or traffic authorities is not assumed.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
Payment stages, due dates, cancellation and refund arrangements must be specified in the quotation or contract before committing to the service. This page imposes no cancellation fee or assumed no-refund policy. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Data, ownership and support
Ownership of deliverables, licensing, hosting, maintenance and support, along with data protection responsibilities, access controls and backups, must be agreed before operating a live system. Clients must have the right to use supplied data and content. Each party’s duties are defined in the contract.
Final agreement and disputes
The project’s written agreement defines detailed obligations, governing law and jurisdiction, subject to mandatory applicable rules. This page does not select a particular court or waive statutory rights.
